Through a series of meetings with our leadership team, we will help you build a strategic roadmap to accomplish your communication and business goals. Even if you don’t have your goals clearly defined yet, we will work closely with you to identify areas of possibility and opportunity.
Kennedy Communications has worked with leading brands across the globe on this dynamic planning process. Some of the challenges we’ve helped clients address as part of this process include:
- Positioning a new product
- Launching a new brand or business name
- Creating new channel marketing programs or bolstering existing ones
- Building a system for successful recruiting, interviewing, hiring & on-boarding
- Establishing programs for mentorship, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development
- Managing change initiatives and facilitating effective communication
- Creating training programs and advancement models
- Instituting structures for sales and customer service
Build the solid foundation you need to achieve your communication goals through a series of interactive sessions, either at your location or via phone call or Web meeting. At the end of the process, you will walk away with a practical plan that will include timelines, budgets, and specific action steps.
Your development process can be completed quickly, in as little as three weeks, depending upon your availability to meet with us and provide input. The general phases of the planning process will include:
DISCOVERY:
Kennedy Communications will collaborate with your teams, interview stakeholders, and perform appropriate research to get a thorough understanding of your audiences, current situation and short and long term objectives. This will be an interactive process that will really set the foundation for creating the final strategy.
OPPORTUNITY:
Kennedy Communications will present key communication opportunities based on the Discovery process. The resulting document will organize the opportunities into development stages as appropriate and include a breakdown of suggested actions and tools. You will then advise us on the opportunities you would like to pursue to a full strategy plan.
FINAL STRATEGY:
We will develop and present to you your final strategic plan based on your selected opportunities. The final strategy document will include specific steps for action, tactical suggestions, as well as budget and timeline recommendations. Upon alignment with you and your team on the strategy, Kennedy Communications can move selected projects into production.
Planning doesn't stop there, it also includes:
