Customers come to RadioShack expecting to find exactly what they need, and, if they don’t know what they need, they expect to talk to someone who does know. To continue fulfilling on this promise, RadioShack needed a new training program that would allow new sales associates to absorb complex content quickly. First, Kennedy Communications worked with RadioShack to give their Web-based learning management system a fresh look that would engage their young workforce. Next, we created a new online learning curriculum, Parts and Power, which included quizzes, video clips, drag n’ drop activities, and in-store scavenger hunts.
The course is now a core training tool for RadioShack’s 5,000 U.S. retail stores.
